I’ve been wading
in deep pools of broken promises
for so long
I’m not sure what solid ground
feel likes anymore.
Show me there’s something to stand on.
Complete every piece that is missing;
Pick up the shattered remains
and cast them to the wind.
I’ve spent so much time
teetering on the edge.
Pull me closer to you -
away from the pain.
Give me words that [...]
