When I was a little girl my parents had an old 8 track player and a ton of tapes in the basement. I never paid much attention to most of them because I had one or two favorites. The one I kept coming back to over and over again was Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. I can honestly say Michael was my first musical love. I was also hooked on ‘Bad’ and ‘Billie Jean’, but Thriller really did it for me….especially when I saw the video on MTV (they actually played music back then!).
It’s still very hard to believe he is gone, but his music inspired young people like me and I’m sure will continue to inspire many more…
