“Close your eyes and visualize yourself. Not who you are, but who you see as your ideal self. Who are you? How do you look? What do you wear? What do you do? How do you feel? What do you think about yourself? How do other people think of you?
Yes, this is hokey and cheesy. Get over it. Take it seriously and actually give it a real try instead of thinking about how silly it is. Once you really get that visual of your ideal self, make a mental snapshot of it so you can visualize it at a moment’s notice.Take some time for yourself every day to bring yourself closer to your image of your ideal self. If you can’t take the time to improve yourself, why not? Why aren’t you worth it?If you really want to be happy with who you are, you need to get on that path. It’s the best way to truly be happy. Not by filling your life with distractions and complications…”
